"Upon arrival, the floors were dirty, the only chair in the room had a broken and detached back rest, the shower was gross and not clean, the shower drained very slow and flooded at my feet, room constantly smelled like backed up drain and cigarette smoke, and the walls were very thin. Could hear very clearly every word a neighbor says, the TV, and activities. Hot water was broken for 2/6 days I was there. Room service never freshened or cleaned the room throughout my entire week stay.
The fridge was clean and big, the TV was large, clean and new. Front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was good.
Overall, bad and not a good time."
