"Would be good to have spa facilities. Bathroom had a bad sewage smell - luckily I was able to move rooms. A bit disappointing as it seemed to be a known problem."

"I had a nice stay thanks to the amazing team and great breakfast! It was a bit of a shame about the dust and noise from the renovations, but I’d definitely give it another go once the upgrades are finished."

"We upgraded our room from a cosy double to a classic double. The main reason was that the cosy room was located in another building across the road from the main part of the hotel. The staff in the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was both a choice of continental and cooked and plentiful. We had our evening meal in the Sohe restaurant which is part of the hotel. The food and service were excellent. I would stay at The Cairn again."
