"Free taco dinner upon arrival- that alone made it the kids' favorite. Breakfast was delicious- everyone had a favorite represented in the extensive array of options. Pool was busy, but with 118 degree temps, this wasn't a huge surprise. Popcorn and coffee in the lobby; friendly and efficient checkin personnel. Husband and I could have each had 3 complimentary drinks at bar (how generous!!). Normally keep the A/C at 68, but the room was a little chilly at 74. What a nice problem to have. We were on the 2nd floor, so well insulated from the heat by 4 floors above us! I'm not a fan of memory foam mattresses, but that's just personal preference. I know most people love them. We chose this hotel because of the free parking and close proximity to the airport. Would stay again for everything else! In fact, i think the kids might attempt to riot if we book anywhere else! They said, "this was the best hotel ever!""

"Great price for very nice, clean and modern room with sitting room, kitchen, dishes, full sized refrigerator and microwave while also including a decent breakfast in the price. This may become my go to stay for Phoenix. Very higher recommend this place due to price, and more suite than hotel room."

"On august 6th 2025 I travel to Phoenix to visit family and friends, my first time staying in a Holiday inn, and this was an amazing experience, everything was in perfect condition, all the employees at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, my only regret was the Phoenix weather was 117, but I'm sure the hotel couldn't do anything about that, hahaha.😂"
