Alexis was amazing at check in! Friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the TV worked and we had hot water. However, the door lock was broken, furniture was missing. There was an open space where a couch or table and chairs should have been. The light fixture above the window was missing with just wires there. The toilet seat was loose. Unfortunately, we will not stay there again.

Carpet had a sticky section, bed only had one thing sheet to cover with, toilet was loose, no hot water in the middle of the day and night have run water for a long time to get hot water, employees family member or friends hanging around the parking lot all the time , cleaning ladies were always polite and respectful, it got noisy on Friday and Saturday night

First the bad. The rooms need to be updated. Our shower curtain rod was broken and would not hold the curtain properly. There were parts of the ceiling popcron coming off, and other various little defects. Now the good. The area was safe. The room was very clean. No bugs, I repeat, not one bug. Great staff who helped us. And most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. We came for parents' weekend at FSU and the drive was scenic.

The hotel staff made this stay great. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the staff!! Hands down the friendliest and accommodating people in the industry!

The nice thing about this Quality Inn is that it’s convenient for shopping, gas, and eating. It’s close to Tallahassee Hwy which was good for us. The front desk clerks were very nice. The room was disappointing. When we walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. Even though we reserved a non smoking room. The entire carpet had a sticky feeling. The shampoo dispenser was completely empty. I left a note for housekeeping and the bottle was filled. On the 2nd day I saw a roach crawl across my sheet. We tried to change rooms but we were told no other rooms were available.

The staff and housekeepers were amazingly kind and sweet. The hotel itself was filthy. The carpets made our feet black in 5 mins, mold on the drapes, lampshades, ceiling and walls. Everything we brought home is being washed. This wasnt a vacation - we evacuated for hurricaine Milton, it is a pet friendly hotel which I suspect is why maybe the owners dont keep it up to cleaning standards. Idk ?

Check in was a 30 minute ordeal but the staff was courteous and truthful about the property. The room I finally received appeared to be clean until the lights went out… the roaches came out to play. It was so bad (roaches crawling in the bed with us) that we left in the middle of the night. I DO NOT recommend this property. I suggest they close and do a thorough extermination AND update features.

The staff were not friendly and very rude. When I was trying to book the room I asked did they give a business discount and was told "No!" and she turned her back on me and walked away, so I booked the room on Hotels.com website and they became extremely rude after that. The cleaning staff did a very good job on making sure the room was in prestine shape. And their Continental breakfast came with some mold on their danishes, the orange juice was so watered down it tasted like a hint of flavored water, so I switched to apple juice and it was great. So make sure you check EVERYTHING before you eat ANYTHING there.
