"What a brilliant place to stay! Iain was a fantastic host, very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect-modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable and space for everything. "Booked a room for new years Eve based on good reviews but we were involved in a hit And run car crash on our way there. We phoned the establishment to let them know we couldn't make it and the gentleman said due to circumstances they wouldn't charge us for the booking. But because Im paying through 3 installments I am still having to pay for this!!!!!!. I tried sooooo many times to see if we could rearrange a stay on another date and can't get to speak to anyone. So I give up. Car wrote off, we're injured and still paying for a night we never was able to enjoy. What an awful experience. "
