"Great location for visiting the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel. Clean, comfortable hotel. Spacious room and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly particularly Murray and Millie ( waiters) who were very attentive when dined in the restaurant."

"This was a great place to stay. Very clean and accommodating. The price is well below expected for the area, and in a quiet college campus. The have laundry facilities available for ~3-4GBPs at the nearby student services. Breakfast was included in the already low price. Very highly recommend."
