"The room was clean. Thank you. It did look like a new effort is underway as there was a good window airconditioner and new looking TV and internet hook up. The unit is in bad need of updating. The room smelled of air freshener and the windows don't open. There were no screens. The bed would be fine but seemed to have a plastic mattress cover on it and was uncomfortable that way. The wires for the TV and internet were just closed in the closet door with exposed plumbing shut off valves that...

"We chose this location because it is
pet friendly
. This hotel is not the fanciest but the bed was comfortable , room was clean, the staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was lots of space to walk my pup as well. We will definitely return to explore Brockville. We booked a king room but next time we would book a suite. Prices for either room are very affordable. "
