"The room was clean and very nice but the hallway carpets were all stained. There was a smell of smoking in the elevator and hallways ( from an employee). We saw him smoking outside but the smell clung to his clothing and carried throughout the building."

"The room was clean but dated. I have stayed at this location before and the first stay was a much nicer room than this room. It felt like they have been remodelling the hotel floor by floor and simply hadn’t started on the fourth floor yet. The staff were excellent. And the room was clean."
