" Nice short stay. 40 min drive to Cape Town and to airport so wasn’t bad for early drive for the flight. Air conditioning wasn’t working on arrival but it was fixed for our second night. No air con was on at breakfast which would have been nice but the breakfast was nice. Didn’t stay long enough to use facilities but overall a lovely location and nicely presented hotel "

The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s awful. The rooms are terrible. Do not book at this hotel. You will only be disappointed. Spoke to a member of staff about it and the said that even the pictures on their own website are deceiving. Friendly staff but awful hotel! "
