Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn Wengen, a Faern Collection Hotel
The room was clean and auperb view with jungfrau mountain. The staff were very friendly.

The Hey Hotel
Staff was helpful, location was very conveniently situated at the city centre. Good views and breakfast. However, the room was slightly dirty. Dust was found all over the sheets.
