We were given key cards that did not work, elevator not working, pool not working, room old and dirty, rust all over fixtures in bathroom and tub surface peeling and chipped all over. Carpet in room dirty. Whole place / hallways smelled like pot. Not a great place to take a family.

First I would appreciate the property has friendly and responsible service staffs, the only thing I'm very unhappy with is that, there are homeless people walking in the breakfast room to take breakfast after overdosing themselves which make other guests who are eating breakfast feeling very unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. I know it's not the problem of them property, instead it's the problem of this poor country unfortunately.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room still had carpet which had a very strong odor. Bathroom was in desperate need of an update, was clean but beyond dated and not super functional. Noise from the adjoining room was extremely loud, just talking but clearly no sound barrier.

Tiny room, no chair for the “desk”,bathroom fixtures from the 70’s, mold oozing out of the triple layers of laid on caulking. Don’t ever stay here, ever. The staff were however very pleasant, much like the stewards on the final night of the Titanic, I’m sure.
