"Well one of the elevators was down so it made getting to our room very slow. Also our bathroom on the upper walls had white marks. Place just seems to be in need of an upgrade seems dingy not what I'm use to when I stay at Hilton properties. I've been here the last two years it just seems to really be showing signs of aging this year."
