"Hotel staff unable to find my online booking as confirmed by Expedia.
After over 20 minutes then they managed to solved it.
Gave me an unclean room then when i complaint they move me to another room."

"I like that the price was very affordable for a easy stop if you're just transiting through the city of Hat Yai to the islands. However it's a bit far in from the main road and the resort sign was easily missed especially at night time. Super quiet, great if you're just looking for a place to rest."
