"The flat was a good size the reason for the poor review was there was no hot water. It was late 11pm but I had just travelled from London so was late to the property. "

"The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. "We recently stayed at this apartment for a weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, with special thanks to the general manager who kept in touch before and after our visit, making us feel truly valued. "First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops.
