"The location is great, about a 10 minute walk up from North Pier, not right next to everything, so you can separate the hecticness of the town, and the calmness when winding down. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a great size - could maybe do with a little modernising, but the room and bathroom were clean. Could possibly have done with a couple more toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, maybe a little more choice would've been good, but there was enough there to set you up for the day. Entertainment in the evening was great. Will definitely look to book here again next time I visit Blackpool overnight."

"This property was in need of updating. The rings had detached from the curtains, making them difficult to close. The tv was outdated. The frying pan had a very loose handle. The shower lacked power and the hot water only seemed to come on at around 8am, no good if you like to shower earlier. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were very cheap and bumpy."

"We found a large knife in the room. Wardrobe door was hanging of. Plug was to big for the sink. Lights flashed in bathroom. Curtains came of rail when opened. Shower was very poor ( no pressure ) Tv didnt work due to bad weather Plug sockets need to next to beds Light switch behind head board was annoying 2 bedside cabinets would be better than 1 4 coat hangers is not enough for 2 people Breakfast needed more options.. fruit and yoghurts.. mushrooms and black pudding Coffee defi needs to be upgraded Staff were great..friendly and helpful Wifi worked Probably wouldn't stay again "

"Lovely clean spacious room in beautiful setting. Please note kids under 14 can't go in pool alone even if parents sat on the side (8 and 11 year old wanting to go in more than i wanted to join them) parents are literally within touching distance on the side so this felt a little over cautious. Great there is an ev charger but struggled to use as often busy so would be great if there could be a couple more. Would def stay again, lovely spot "
