"What a wonderful property not only is the property immaculate, it’s located in a very nice area which is in walking distance of all amenities. The truth I was sad to leave and would have loved to stay longer. Bonifant lodge is the perfect place to rest and stay."

"Secure. Great staff. Shower door not working. A lot of leaking water. Faucet not very easy to use. Balcony rails dangerous. One could fall one floor if one leans against the rails. Steps to first floor uneven and therefore not safe. Outlets not available on both sides of the bed."

"The hotel reception couldn't give us the room we had booked, but gave us a room without a mountain view without saying anything. When I pointed this out they said that the building with such rooms is undergoing renovations and is not ready yet. Yet the hotel had that option bookable! In other words, what wasn't there was for sale!
When I demanded the price difference back they said that it wasn't possible because the hotel had to first receive payment from "Hotels.com" in order to be able to pay...
