"We had a great stay here! The staff were fantastic and the villa was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was warmer weather so we could enjoy the pools more but that is not the hotel’s fault that we had bad timing and came when it was cold out. "Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. "First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. Pet peeve of mine I hate to see. There is no shower stall but a large tub almost 3 feet deep. Treacherous to get in and out of; no shower curtain; room gets flooded and the floor is slick; not a fan. That’s it. Everything else was amazing people skills by the front desk and the dining room. They all went above and beyond to see...
