A wonderful place to stay. From the moment you arrive you feel relaxed, with everything taken care of. The room and veranda were so comfortable sometimes it was hard to leave it. Right opposite the beach for long walks, and just far enough from the centre of Pipa, you can do lots or do nothing. We’d definitely stay here many time again.

Excellent staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning). Cannot say the same about the owners, which apparently don’t pay the former good enough salaries for their superb work, leading them to ask for additional guest disbursements upon checkout. One would think that paying such prices plus the restaurant plus the tips, everyone would be adequately compensated. Apparently this is not the case in this high-end establishment.

Hotel de extremo bom gosto, detalhes , serviço de primeira . Toda equipe fez nossa estadia muito especial ! O chef è incrível, só comemos no hotel, preço justo ! Café da manhã delicioso ! Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa! A beleza natural do lugar é incrível, o quarto é excepcional e o café da manhã, delicioso. A única sugestão de melhoria seria estender o horário do café da manhã até as 11h, o que, para nós, tornaria a experiência ainda mais perfeita.De resto, tudo foi impecável! Certamente voltaremos e recomendamos este lugar com muito carinho.

O local é muito bonito e charmoso, o quarto mega confortável e espaçoso. Para o padrão da pousada, achei o café da manhã simples e houve certa demora para tudo ficar pronto. Sugiro também deixar claro aos hóspedes as opções que ele pode solicitar no restaurante durante o café da manhã. Quem não conhece a localização, saiba que para poder ir ao centrinho terá que chamar táxi ou alugar um carro. Não há nada para fazer nos arredores da pousada a pé. Outra coisa, não tem tv no quarto, se você gosta de relaxar na cama vendo tv, terá que solicitar uma na recepção conforme a disponibilidade.

Nota mil para as instalações e atendimento, nota ruim para item opções de cardápio. Estava faltando frutos do mar, peixe, camarão.. e por mais de uma semana. Tivemos que sair do hotel para jantar fora por falta de opção em refeição e petisco. Fora isso, tudo muito bom

Ótimo hotel

Num contexto geral o hotel é ótimo! Quartos amplos, confortáveis e limpos, boas piscina, spa excelente. O atendimento principalmente da recepção é ótimo. Na minha opinião o café da manhã é de médio para fraco, as opções de almoço no hotel MUITO limitadas (te obrigam a sair) e o restaurante OCA esperei demais, fui dois dias, o ambiente é ótimo, mas a comida é bem OK, nada demais mesmo. Em resumo, é um ótimo hotel de descanso, instalações impecáveis, mas o quesito alimentação é incompatível com a categoria do hotel.

Gente! Hotel mais picareta da vida! Não vão pra lá, simplesmente meu esposo esqueceu um item de valor que a moça que limpa o quarto trocou de lugar e na mesma hora que nos demos conta que o item ficou no hotel entramos em contato imediatamente e o hotel prontamente disse que achou o objeto e iria guarda-lo para nos enviar via correios, fiquei entrando em contato e nada. Simplesmente agora disseram que doaram, DOARAM ALGO QUE TENHO PROVAS QUE IRIAM DEIXAR GUARDADO PARA ME ENVIAR, colocaram mil e uma dificuldades para me enviar, a todo momento disse que iria pagar todos os custos do envio e simplesmente doaram. NAO INDICO ESSE HOTEL NEM DE GRAÇA.
