"Vid ankomsten var hotellet stängt fast det skulle vara öppet enl en lapp på dörren. Fick ringa så att någon kom så vi kunde checka in. Receptionisten kunde inte ens svenska. Fanns ingen frukost framdukad på morgonen fast receptionisten visade oss vilken tid dom serverade frukosten när vi checkade in. Fanns ingen personal på hotellet så vi kunde få frukost.
