"Hotel was very clean. First night was an abbaration as someone did not clean the floor. They fixed it in the morning and hereafter everything was great. Staff was amazing, less than 20 minute walk to Termini, and some nice local spots. Very authentic regular working people neighborhood. Would stay again"

"Walkable from train station (or very short taxi ride). Area seems a little iffy, but also good night life and the room was totally quiet when it was loud outside. Good food options near by. If you like walking, Colosseum is only about 25 minutes away."

"o quarto era bem limpo, campas confortaveis, tinha maquina de lavar o que foi otimo, se tivesse um lava roupas ajudaria bastante, tinha algumas amenidades, como água o que foi otimo, tinha tb óleo de cozinha, café, sal, açucar. Alocalização não é das melhores, achei afastado dos principais pontos turisticos, e tive a impressão da area ser um pouco perigoso a noite. "

"Wasn't easy to gain access as I had to contact the owner directly. Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared.
The apartment itself was pleasant, although the wifi was not very good. Ended up mostly using my own data."

"I thought we were getting the entire apartment. Instead, we are SHARING the kitchen, living spaces with 5 other rooms. Our room was TINY, probably the smallest, shower I've ever had at a hotel. The outside of the building was covered in graffiti. Expedia should delist this property."
