"This is a quaint little hotel on top of a hill. Some rooms have a peekaboo view of the river. We were in room 10 with a view. It has lots of trees so if felt nicely secluded. Bed was pretty soft, but that's how I like it. It is a suite with a sofa and table with chairs by the window. The room has a microwave, under counter refrigerator, and sink. They provided coffee in the room as well as all the soap, shampoo and conditioner. They also have a coffee bar in the lobby with hot chocolate and instant oatmeal. The only negatives are they need to replace the caulking around the shower and shower doors and parking is a little tight. It is an older building but very nicely updated. Would definitely stay here again"

"Great rooms in nicely maintained older building. Had biscuits and gravy for breakfast which were home made and delicious. It's always nice to take a step away from the corporate chains and find a hidden gem like this. Definitely would recommend."

"Really nice property. It’s a motel and does the motel thing really well. The grounds are kept well. The staff is helpful. The room if clean and comfortable. Location was great. Right after the bridge in Florence. Set back from the highway so not loud."

"When you enter the property, it feels like you're entering the Redwoods. Trees and glowing plants everywhere, very inviting. The rooms are named after places in Oregon. We stayed in 4 (Deschutes). We were able to park steps from the room. When we entered the room, it wasn't like any of the pics on the Expedia website, but that's ok. Rustic feel to the rooms. Yes, I said rooms. We thought it would be one space but it was actually 2 separate bedrooms with a door, much to our delight. The king bedroom was the first area with the large mini fridge, table w/4 chairs (there were 4 of us), coat rack, and TV. The 2nd room had the queen bed and full bathroom. The window opened up to what felt like a backyard including chickens! :D The bathroom had a barn door closure but didn't lock. Complete with hand soap and lotion on the wall. Shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall. Good water pressure. The heaters worked well. The only downside would be no bathroom fan (at least we couldn't find the switch). You will enjoy your very quiet stay at Park Motel and Cabins. We have plenty of experience to say we'll be back!"
