"We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

"Freundlicher Empfang und Check in, der allerdings lange dauert. Sehr großer, kostenpflichtiger, Parkplatz. Mehrtagestickets gibt's an der Rezeption. So muss man nicht vor jeder Ausfahrt separat bezahlen. Das Ambiente des Schiffs ist klasse. Man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurück versetzt. Der Blick auf Rotterdamm von der großen Terrasse ist toll. Enttäuschend für mich war die Kabine. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal auf dem Schiff. Obwohl wir die selbe Kategorie gebucht haben wirkte das Zimmer 2 Klassen...

"It was easy to check in, nice and clean, comfortable beds, and we had a great patio to sit on. Breakfast was great too and we were able to park the car in thegarsge for a resonable fee. Absolutely no compaints from us at all and we will be back again in the future. Thank you team Mondragon!"

"Good location, a bit overpriced, great parking availability and personal. There was too much dirt under the bed which is not acceptable for any hotel. Unfortunately, we realized this dirt only on the last day otherwise I would have demanded that we change the room."

"The breakfast is great everything is fresh daily and good variety. Did not require parking . Our room attendant Corina was always there for anything we required. We had nightly drinks in the hotel bar. Very friendly atmosphere. We got to know the locals and staff also . Such a memorable experience. I recommend the hotel as it is close to railway and bus station walking distance approximately 10 minutes to town. Plenty of restaurants and cafes."

"Cool old building, large rooms, super funky. Outside restaurant was delicious and great views. Bar also great. Right across street from cruise ship terminal. River taxi’s conveniently located near by. Great location"

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen, super modernes und sauberes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Freundliches Personal und Kostenlose Heißgetränke den ganzen Tag. Das Bett war wirklich bequem und das Zimmer geräumig und ansprechend gestaltet. Allerdings haben wir unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, als sehr hellhörig empfunden. Die Zimmertür hat Geräusche der Haupttür und der Lobby durchgelassen. Dies hat unserem Aufenthalt jedoch keinen Dämpfer verpasst - wir kommen gerne wieder."

"I booked a standard room online. But when I checked in, I switched to a junior suite. It was in fact just like a deluxe double room in Asian hotel standard. The shower room was rather basic and the toilet has an aweful smell all the time. It's not a clean enough room. The breakfast was terribly expensive, booked online @€18.5, but my friend who did not book online has to pay €24. It's not worth it, the cheese slices were dry, only one kind of cold cut ham, without any fish."

"Only stayed for one short night but the room was comfy, very big and the bathroom was very clean, modern with a nice shower. Hotel is well located, close to the train station and in the centre of town. Good value hotel, would recommend."
