"Everything was great except there is a charge of 20Euros to use the indoor pool. The description of the hotel says it has an indoor pool but I could not find any mention of a charge to use it when I booked the hotel on Hotels.com. I only learned about it when we checked in, they said it was part of the spa. In my opinion, that should be clearly stated in the description. I use a pool to exercise and had I known when I booked, I could have looked for another option."

"I had a comfortable stay at the Best Western Premier CHC Airport. The property itself was excellent – very clean, well-maintained, and with great facilities. The location was convenient, quiet, and offered easy parking, which I really appreciated. That said, the biggest downside was the staff and service. "I highly recommend the Hotel Astotia for everyone, it was great location, clean and very friendly staffs, We was stay in three nights, definitely will coming back when ever in Genova, we really enjoyed the small town so beautiful, and they had great breakfast if you decide to add 15 € per person."

"The lobby is beautiful with old fresco. Everything is organized and well taken care of. The breakfast is good. The room itself was average but had all the amenities needed. The location is conveniently located in the old town close to most of the attractions. All the stores are shut down after 7 pm except the restaurants so the streets in the area look abandoned. It's easy to get lost in the narrow streets which can be dark at night. I was a little nervous going out at night having to navigate...
