I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start, I accidentally made a second reservation for the following weekend and reached out immediately, but the manager refused to issue a refund or make any accommodations, which felt very unreasonable.
During my stay, there was major ongoing construction right next door and looks like it will take a year or 2 to complete, creating constant noise and disruption that made it difficult to relax. On top of that, I was charged an additional $20 per night for my daughter to stay in the room, with no clear explanation or justification.
The room itself had several issues as well. The toilet repeatedly clogged for no apparent reason, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. The towels provided were extremely rough—more like sandpaper than something you’d expect from a hotel. Lastly, the beds were very firm and became increasingly uncomfortable after multiple nights, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, between the poor customer service and the numerous comfort issues, I would not choose to stay here again.
