Del Mar Inn Playas de Tijuana
I was disappointed with the early check-in process. I was willing to pay the fee but they said no rooms available. I checked at 12, 1pm and 2pm. I waited till 3pm...really NO rooms!! They lost a lot of money because others were waiting
