My stay was simply amazing . Eva is such a sweetheart . I had to check in early and she made that happen . Obviously I had to pay €10 , but it was alright as I got a free upgrade from suite to studio . The hotel is very lovely . The area is nice . Close to the bus stop so I could easily jump on a bus to the city . However Eindhoven on the other hand 🙄🙄.Boring if you ask me … there are better cities in Netherland . The hotel was the best part of my stay

Staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful - there was an issue with the breakfast the first morning, which they sorted in no time. Attentive, asking my daughter about her adventures and generally nice and very welcoming! The hotel room was big enough for my daughter to be able to do cartwheels in the living room, bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable, walk-in shower very pleasant and there was a fancy no-touch light on the mirror with different functions. Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious. The lawn was lovely to spend some time with a beer. Breakfast was excellent and came with champagne

Great hotel. Room was great . Service at the restaurant slow. Great breakfast buffet.

We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Very new hotel with excellent facilities, and comfortable bed

Fantastic hotel with industrial

The beds are super comfy rooms okay for a short stay staff always helpful

Easy check in, polite staff. Room was spacious, clean and modern. We had a lovely corner room so had lovely sunshine. Bathroom was clean and modern. Great stay. Only issue I had was 1 flat pillow each, called for a spare pillow to be told there isn’t any. Pillows are way too flat, deffo need two per person! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and theme park. Lots of magical touches and ideal location. We took advantage of early access then took a break during the peak time and returned early evening which meant we barely had to queue for rides.

Lovely hotel. Really nice, quiet, comfortable bed. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs are very steep so if you have mobility issues, this might not be the hotel for you but the lovely staff offered to take my bag up for me. Nice breakfast and setting near a canal in an old industrial area which has been spruced up. Really lovely would stay there again.

very friendly helpful and interactive staff
