The room/hotel was more run down than I imagined. Smelt like cigarette smoke and had burn holes all over the floor. They were super nice but honestly we didn’t even stay the night we were uncomfortable

Doors closed & locked
I arrived later in the evening and everything was closed even the office. There was a number posted on the door to a call but when I called it they were too busy to even answer.
