Get there either early or late, avoid lunch time as the queues are lengthy, unless you use a travel company and arrive by coach as they have priority

We hired a car and got there at 2pm on Sunday and there was no queue to get in and it was relatively quiet.

The bus tour was a disappointing experience. Hire a guide if you can.

Go early - like get up there before 10am - otherwise you will queue in your car for a parking spot. We arrived at 9.30 and it was busy with tour buses but no queue for car park. Friends arrived at 11 and had an hour and half wait to get in!
