"Stayed 3 of 4 nights. First 2 nights were great! Quiet. Beds comfortable. Room was clean! We fish, the place was perfect for where we were going. The 3rd night was noisy. You can hear the families in the rooms on each side of you. We left a day early. Forfeited the last night. Also Forfeited the 50 dog fee. Last day to noisy for pets. The price was bit higher than the overall value for off season"

"Nice property- very clean, helpful and kind staff, and we loved the amenities. Paddleboarding and kayaking was incredible! This is a hidden little gem in FL Keys. We stayed off the main property in the townhouses along the canal, and it felt so private. It was nice to be able to leave the main property and have some quiet time but also use all the amenities at the main property when we wanted. We would definitely stay again!!"

"Nice place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. Full breakfast provided 8am-10am with a limited menu. Kayaks and bikes available. Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the water. Pool and hot tub worked but only accessible until 8pm. Parking was free and adequate. I would recommend."

"Check in qas minutes. Got there early and took boat out. When we returned back from a beautiful day on the water our apt. was ready. Jimmy the dock hand was so helpful and the office staff was great with us. We took our dog, no problem. The key deer are all over the place, when you cook out the grill they must think it's dinner time, was so cool to see them. Remember, do not touch or feed them. 10 of 10!"

"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. "Great Stay Everytime! We stay at the Kingsail about 3 times per year. The rooms are Always clean, Staff is Excellent, Great views of Lagoon, Kyacks, Pool, is impeccable, and more! Reasonable rates, Great location. We caught our biggest fish right off the dock! Big shout out to Derek, and staff for a great time! Thanks again!"

The check-in process was completely online, and there were no staff members present at the property after the housekeeping employee left in the afternoon. "The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. "

However!!! the staff that was present went above and beyond giving us everything we needed and helped us enjoy our stay greatly.
