"Staff need to pay attention when checking in . I checked in I booked through a third party. It was my boyfriend and I staying at the hotel ( I CHECKED IN) we left I only came back had to stop at the front desk because the keys were in the room, front desk was saying that there was no room under my name I was confused at first she got me thinking I’m I in The wrong hotel. Couldn’t be because she checked me in. She wouldn’t wanna give me a key after I showed her the receipt I got from Expedia. After calling the manager they found out in fact I was right. The whole point is why do you remove the payer from the room . Found out that my boyfriend was a diamond member they added his member number and deleted my whole information. The lady should have asked me before doing that. She had a bad attitude and didn’t even apologize for her mistake"

"This was terrible! I booked the banana suite. When I checked in all good went to my room and it wasn’t the suite I booked. There was hair on the floor and not clean, I asked why they put me the room. They why I booked wasn’t available. I brought food and drinks to heat up and cook. Had the food spoil, when asked why didn’t notify she said that was Expedia they had to. I asked to speak to the manager nothing. Overall even I had gotten the suit the hotel looked ran down noisy and not clean. "

"This hotel is in a great location, especially if you do not have a vehicle. It is within walking distance to plenty of shopping and places to eat. We walked around at night coming back from restaurants and to get gelato nearby and felt very safe. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the free breakfast had plenty of options and was replenished often. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely friendly, especially Oliviere, our front desk clerk who checked us in and all the employees who worked the breakfast buffet. Since it was March and the pool is not heated, we were unable to swim. However since it was a warm, sunny day, they still let us use the lounge chairs in the pool area to sun bathe. If I ever come back to Albuquerque, I would definitely stay here again."

"Our overnight stay was okay with a toddler. Breakfast was really good. The room was clean and affordable. The staff were really helpful. Overall, We had a good stay. "
