"Prenotato e pagata camera superior con vista valle. Vengo contattato telefonicamente e mi viene detto che per errore la camera era già occupata. Mi viene proposta altra camera in altra struttura, molto più piccola e non molto accogliente. Nonostante il personale con cui ho interloquito telefonicamente sia stata molto gentile e mi abbia proposto una soluzione alternativa, il soggiorno non è stato per nulla di mio gradimento, nonostante gli standard reclamizzati dalla struttura.
