Restaurants and shops walking distance. The unit was clean and well appointed. Had a kettle, microwave, stove and a full size fridge which was a great place to keep your refreshments chilly! "Every thing about the property and staff was world class. The only issue I have, and it is a very big issue, is lack of coordination with the airlines, Expedia, Nomade, and transportation services. When I first booked the package with Expedia, I wasn’t informed about the cost of transportation from Cancun to Holbox island. The biggest issue was that when I originally booked the flights, the plane would arrive in Cancun too late to catch the ferry to Holbox. When I found out the plane would arrive too late, I had already paid the Nomade hotel fee, which was not refundable. I was able to book a flight that arrived earlier, but it was very stressful. What made me so upset was that I am almost certainly not the first customer to have this issue. Other than the booking issue, everything was excellent."
