"Stayed for 10 nights with the family of 4 - Excellent staff, our Aircon had an issue on the first night and housekeeping staff immediately fixed the issue - It was great 10-nights experience - Infinity Pool at level 22 is just a bonus and 2 waterparks including Onsen were a delight for the Kids - Absolutely recommend this hidden gem and total value for money considering its 5 star resort - Grab was easily available for us throughout our stay and its just 20 min from DA Nang Airport!!! "This is the worst place yet for my stay experiences. This hotel has been let go for quite some time. There is mold/mildew on the sink counter. There is a very bad smell in the entire room. The remote for the tv is missing and there are no channels of any kind. There are insect larva hanging from the ceiling and walls. The carpet in the hallway on this floor doesn’t look to ever have been cleaned. The seal for the window has come out and is just hanging there. The traffic noise is awful even with...
