Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food.

初めて利用させていただきましたが、到着時のスタッフのお出迎えもなく駐車場も荷物を入り口に下ろして勝手に止めに行きました。フロント前に来ても、椅子に座ってて下さいと言われ会員登録の必要かがある事を席に座って初めて知りました。もう少しフロントのスタッフの対応が欲しかったです。ただスタッフの方の対応はよかったですし、ホテルに関しては問題なく快適に過ごす事ができました。

スタッフの方の対応はとても良く、お部屋も広くて綺麗でいたが、ユニットバスの内側の扉と、浴室の壁のタイルにカビが生えておりそこがとても残念でした。 大浴場にタオルが置いてなかったので、何度も温泉に入りたい方は、不便だと感じました。 とても良い施設だと思うので、お部屋の清掃の面の強化が課題ではないでしょうか。

始めてお世話になりました。 10代後半の2人の娘と宿泊しましたが、アメニティも充実していて、娘たちも喜んでいました。ビュッフェタイプの夜ご飯と朝食もとても美味しかったです。 無料の夜食のラーメンもとても気が利いていました。 部屋も清潔でキレイでした。 温泉もよかったんですがひとつあるとしたら、寒い日だったせいなのか分かりませんが露天風呂がちょっとぬる過ぎて寒かったです。 これ以外はとても良かったです。 また利用したいと思います。
