"This is a lovely B&B hosted by friendly and helpful staff. The owner offered a wonderful recommendation for lunch on the day we arrived, and we were not disappointed. "Adequate, run down, room stunk of cleaning products couldn't get the heat off in the bathroom which had black mold around the bathtub. More like a 90 dollar room."

"This is definitely a unique property. It was clean & convenient for us (downtown, parking, quiet, just a place to sleep for 1 night). The balcony has a nice view of the harbour but has bulky uncomfortable furniture & isn’t very aesthetically pleasing itself. The room also needs a designer touch but it’s spacious & has a nice little fridge. The common kitchen area has lots of stuff but is like the kitchen at someone’s cottage. "Lesley and Kevin were very knowledgeable about the history of their heritage property and Nova Scotia in general . It was obvious they took pride in their property and the service they provide .
