"Overall, for the price we paid, this was absolutely an excellent hotel and stay. It’s very modern, clean, and four star at the least. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, good water pressure. Great location and Uber rides are cheap (relative to the Us or Europe) so, it’s easy to get anywhere from here although, beware of Bogota traffic (just like any other mega city). Breakfast is good, large spread and enough healthy options like fruits, cereal, etc in addition to order-made eggs, wide selection of breads and pastries. Two things we did not like: WiFi was not great and you cannot change thermostat on your own but need to keep calling front desk to do it. It was frustrating to keep calling them when we had consistently requested for it to be set a a specific temperature. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I would make more fuss about these inconveniences if we were paying more."
