"Really nice stay in a spacious appartment. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms appartment suitable for family with teenage children. Lovely three course dinner cooked just for our family."

"Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

"Struttura ristrutrurata nel mezzo di un piccolo borgo medievale con mi sta sulle colline vicino a Spoleto. Camera accogliente e spaziosa, colazione con dolci fatti in casa, proprietaria gentile. Prima del vostro arrivo chiedete di far controllare la tv e il collegamento WiFi. Ad aprile maggio quando è ancora freddo chiedete di accendere il riscaldamento la sera la mattina.
