"Everything was wonderful and very nicely located, my only complaint is the elevators taking forever and being small, and that there was not stairs and the laundry room that the dryer did not work that great and other people messing with your laundry"

"This is a perfectly nice 2-3 star hotel that is cheerfully well maintained. The reason I give it only a few stars is that it is close to the train tracks so you can hear trains go by and the rooms on one side of the hall have windows that look at a wall so there is just a little daylight but nothing to see. It also has no restaurant so if you want more than a small bun and cup of coffee from the small lobby counter, you need to find breakfast. The rooms do have small fridges so you can bring in food. Otherwise, it’s a good bargain for Tokyo in a very convenient location with plenty of places to eat over in Nippori, next train stop away on the Yamanote line but also only a 10 minute walk."

"The staff was great, everything was clean & it is in a great location, only thing that would have been nice is if there were more options for the breakfast buffet since toast and soup get pretty repetitive after a 4 day stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay & would recommend to international travellers! "

"Convenient laundry room. Washer and dryer. The cost is charged by the weight of clothes. The staff was friendly and professional. Foreigner friendly, spoke English. Everything overall great, I must agree with some reviews mentioning a smell. It smelled like sewer every time we entered our room. I also agree, the rooms were clean! Depending on your stay, you are asked how many times would you like them to come in to clean. Otherwise, you get daily towels, robes and one water bottle per guest left at your front door. Also, one thing I may add if you lose your key card you are charged 1,100 yen per card lost on your check out. Read over policies carefully. The location was ok, away from main area but everything within 15-20 min walk. Convenient 7-eleven within 4 min walk. I also, highly recommend the Thai Massage place near by (Chill Chill Massage Asakusa). Overall, it was a good stay. Comfortable mattress and amenities were great too! I found a last minute deal as we were already in Osaka flying into Tokyo and everything in the area was booked or overpriced for our budget. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. If you don't mind a tiny room, you will find this an enjoyable hotel to stay in. It has free onsite washer/dryer, free drinks any time in the breakfast room, an onsen you can schedule and is very close to the train station."
