"The rooms are clean and not over crowded with full refrigerator, stove top and sink, and you can get utensils and pots and pans from staff to cook without having to always eat out. The facility is immaculate. I have stayed a couple of times as it is quite near to Barrancas National Cemetery and I will stay again! A grocery store is right across the street, and it is convenient to restaurants, gas stations and even Walmart."

I was supposed to have a refresher of towels and trash on day 3, full cleaning on day 4 and another refresher on day 5. These days were subpar. Most of the days towels were taken but not refreshed. "Newer property and very clean. Helpful staff. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. They have an automatic pancake conveyor machine, that you just push a button and you will have pancakes pretty quick. The property is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also, you’re not terribly far from the beach and boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pensacola during the weekend of May 15th. The apartment was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. "The room was clean and nice. Breakfast is served 6:00 to 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 for breakfast. At 9:40 a staff member was looking around tapping her fingers on a table, seemed irritated we all were still in there eating. She was sweeping around our area and others as we were eating. I was getting a cup of coffee to take with me at 9:50 and they closed the doors to the food area. The breakfast was horrible, the patty sausage and cheese egg omelets. The real potatoes were seasoned and good....

"Andrea at the front desk is a real sweet and helpful young lady!!! She answered all my questions, got me checked in really quick and checked on me during my stay. The room was spacious and SO comfortable, clean and with a true kitchenette. Even being just off I-10 is was quiet and we felt very safe. Lots of places to eat and get gas. I highly recommend this hotel and will be using them again"

"The room was not the best of rooms had a bad mildew smell and please don’t have a issue where you would need the janitorial they only work on the day shift all our pillows were wet and was told by the night desk guy we would have to wait till the morning to get replacements pillows the breakfast was a 3 at best I never had bacon that was so thin you could see through it and crumbled just like paper when you eat it"

"The hotel is quite old. The hallways have an unpleasant odor. The photos of the rooms on Expedia look okay, but the reality is much worse. I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities."
