Great place to discover Tokushima. As a big fan of Daiwa Roynet Hotels I stay always at Daiwa Roynet hotels, of course when available, and highly recommend them. The Tokushima Hotel is one of my favorites. The staff is lovely and friendly. The hotel itself offers everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient and you will find there a lot of shops and restaurants. I’m sure I will come again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. Its location is incredibly convenient, with a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, making it easy to grab snacks or necessities at any time. The staff truly stood out during our visit. They were extremely polite and attentive, and even though their English proficiency was limited, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made every effort to communicate effectively. Their dedication to hospitality was genuinely appreciated. The surrounding area is also a plus, with several nice bars and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options within walking distance. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The self-service setup offered an variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Whether you prefer a traditional Japanese breakfast or Western-style dishes, there's something for everyone. The quality and freshness of the food made for a great start to each day. I especially recommend the Tokushima-style rice bowl! The only drawback worth mentioning is the parking facility. It uses a car elevator system, which can be challenging during busy times. When multiple guests are waiting to retrieve their vehicles, there's pressure to load luggage and prepare quickly, as delays can cause others to wait. If you're planning to drive, just be mindful of this potential inconvenience during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, just front of the main Bus Stops (bus terminal) and the Train Station. The stuffs at the front desk are friendly, the room is very clean. The only thing I have noticed even though this is one of the Roynet Hotels, the amenities that this hotel offers are not the same. Last time I stayed in the one of Fukuoka city, I could pick up one-day-use cosmetic lotion, cleanser, facial pad cotton and mouth wash. So this time I did not bring with me, but I found this hotel does not have these items. Overall this is a nice hotel and comfortable to stay.

Excellent Hotel in Tokushima

Pros: 1. Excellent staff service 2. Very spacious room even for 3 luggages 3. Separate bath tub and shower area 4. Very clean room 5. Very clean towels, look and feel brand new 6. strong water pressure 7. separate toilet and bath 8. Convenience store attached to the hotel building 9. bus and train stations in front of hotel 10. very fast wifi internet connection Cons: 1. hotel has no own parking lot (which is mostly the case in japan, as per our experience) 2. hotel has no temporary space to unload luggages, if you are driving 3. no sheltered walkway to the parking lot. if it is raining, you will get wet walking from parking lot to the hotel *cannot upload pictures due to filesize limitation😬
