Really good stay, lawsons downstairs was so useful. We stayed here for six nights and went into central Tokyo almost every day. Shuttle was great and if we come back to Tokyo, we will stay again!

The breakfast was very good. But very crowded. A note to people to familiar with making a reservation. First thing in the morning scan the QR code and you will be assigned a time. Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort
It was easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea from this hotel. There were free shuttle buses that got us directly to Disneyland and a free shuttle that got us to the tram that took us right into Disneysea park. I liked the convenience store and there was a Disney store in the hotel.
