It's in a convenient location. Although a room is a little old, it's has a good size and is clean and very quiet.

The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome
Location was brilliant, a walk away from 2 train stations; there were 2 family marts just downstairs and a 100 yen store too! We also walked to Ginza from here - everything was so assessible. Room was nice, and an easy to use coin laundry on the premises - highly recommend!
