"I really like how secured it was to get to the rooms. If you Dont have your room key the elevator will not go up or down. The hallways had an airport theme which look really cool and different from most hotels. "

"I've stayed here twice now and will continue to each time I'm in Tokyo. It's extremely convenient for departures and it's always a lovely stay. Great for families, comfortable beds, safety, and several amenities."

"I have nothing negative to say. Room was nice, clean and comfortable; It was small, but I knew that when I booked it, and because of the large luggage we had ( 2 large and 3 small) made it a bit challenging at times. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the Restaurant was very good . "

"Rooms are small but functional. Twin beds are hard but comfortable but only one pillow per bed. Amenities include refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, pajamas. Water pressure in shower is awesome and the aircon is ice cold! There are no USB ports but there are plugs next to each bed. Check-in process is automated but there is a person to help. Hotel entrance is on departures level of Terminal 3. "
