What a lovely hotel with Nikos being an amazing host. It's in a quieter part of the town and it's in front of the port with a lot of options for food and drinks and also easy parking. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was basic but everything was so tasty and most items were honemade. Nikos is the host that every hotel whould have. He made you feel welcome and helped you with anything you needed.

We will definitely stay here again, ALL the hotel staff were genuinely nice and cared about your stay at their hotel and on this island and nothing was too much trouble. from giving us towels fro the beach, choice of snorkel / bat & ball etc for the beach and taking us back to the port to catch ferry and I didn't touch our luggage from when we turned the corner until we were at the ferry.
Once we settled into our room we were asked to call with them for them to give us the low down on the hotel...

Have stayed at this hotel before and did so again, because of its location and excellent staff. The hotel is right on the best beach in Naxos town (and possibly the whole of the Island) although there are numerous great beaches on Naxos. The town centre and harbour is a few minutes walk away, with all of the restaurants, bars and cafes that you would ever need. The town also has a wonderful complex of little streets set below the main fortification of the town, with a myriad collection of shops...

An amazing stay, there's nothing not to like. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is free transport to the port which was very useful. It is close to all the restaurants and bars but far enough away so we didn't hear any noise. We had a room with a view of the sunset which was stunning. The breakfast is incredible, so many choices and every one of them delicious. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and our luggage was taken to our room. It was my partners birthday while we were...

This was our third stay at The Sandom and again it never disappoints! A great, intimate, boutique hotel in an excellent location. Very friendly staff, a great buffet breakfast and all the amenities neccesary for a comfortable stay. It's only a very short stroll to the the harbour where you can enjoy the restaurants, cafes and shops. Would definitely recommend The Sandom hotel to friends and we are very much looking forward to our next visit.

We stopped there for one week in September 2014, the villas are spread out and tiered down the side of the caldera, interconnected by small steps and pathways, I had read a number of reviews on here before booking - and I was not disappointed.
The staff are very friendly and courteous, this was from the first welcome e-mail that Alexandra sent me, to the welcome we received on arrival.
There was a bottle of local wine waiting for us in our suite when we arrived, which we enjoyed as we watched...

In the heart if Oia. Anastasia was wonderful! She was always at hand and very helpful with suggestions during the Greece lockdown for the Coronavirus. Hot tub is lovely and the view is even better than the photos.
