"Be warned: This place is very inexpensive for a reason. Because Kiteville had a lot of good reviews and the room pictures looked nice, I booked two "deluxe studios" with "1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed." Big mistake.
When we arrived, we learned there is no one working on site (no reception desk), which caused me to go and read the fine print on the booking. This is explained way down in the booking information, but it also says we would receive an email 24 hours before check-in with our room...

"Unique, modern-historic, safe, convenient, and well-appointed inn. I’ve stayed here in two separate occasions and can’t wait for my next trip. My son plays lax at Cortland and this is my go-to accommodation. Staying at Argos makes the 30 minute drive to Cortland worth it.
Lastly, there are several places to sit, read a book, play a game, or sip a craft cocktail right on site. Lovely!"
