"This place is beautifully maintained, clean and has a great location. We were on the 5th floor with full front window views of magnificent Lake Superior and the whole harbor area, an easy walk to Amsoil Arena, which was our goal for the weekend. It was especially nice to have a 2BR/bath suite for each couple. The place has a small kitchenette....small complaints are that they did not have enough coffee K-cups for all in the mornings and there was no toaster. We were, however, able to get extra K-cups from the main office, but had to collect them ourselves. Otherwise the front desk was very helpful. There is an extra charge for parking, but they will include it in your hotel bill. It's not "on-site", but easily accessed across Michigan Ave and is covered, which is extremely important to have in the Duluth area. The price was very reasonable for it's location, convenience and amenities. We would definitely stay again! Well done!"

"Great hotel, clean & well taken care of. But they didnt have a room ready for us even though we were checking in 2hrs later than the check in time. We did have to wait a bit for a room but the hotel did discount the room A little for the inconvenience"
