"Breakfast menu okay but didn't start until 7am which is not great when you have tours booked at 8 or have hungry people who wake early.
Room very noisy with rain even in an upper floor in a upgraded room. Noisy enough to wake us up with downpipes poorly positioned."
"Great location, just down the street from the Kanazawa train station (walkable with luggage). This hotel had the best shower and bathroom of the 9 different hotels we stayed at during our visit to Japan. The staff was friendly and they have a separate private room for holding luggage while we went sightseeing. I would absolutely stay here again."
"The room we initially were given was not that great. It was an older room that was stuffy and in need of an update. We let the staff know and got us into a fantastic room. One of the nicest room I have ever stayed in."
