"Everyone was super nice from the shuttle driver to the lady who explained where to find the airport shuttle to the woman checking us in. They asked questions about what our plans where and gave great direction to get what we wanted done. With the Hong Kong regulations they couldn't provide disposable bottled water so they have a water filling station on each flour with was great!"

"My wife and I spent a night with 6 of my wife’s family members. Everybody had a wonderful time. Staff was great and the rooms were clean. We had a light breakfast and the food was great. Next time I will be sure to try the outdoor pool."

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."

"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"
