Room itself has no amenities, and a very annoying feature where the bright entry light automatically goes on when someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night. Breakfast buffet area needs a refresh or at least a deep cleaning. Its a "condo" style room.

This was supposed to be a "RESORT," but there was no swimming pool. Although breakfast was included in the reservation, I was asked to pay for it at the front desk. It was a disappointing experience overall. They repeatedly announced that guests must vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM, even as early as 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. The only positive aspect was the professionalism of the elderly gentleman who greeted guests at the outside gate.

바다위에 자는 것 같은 리조트 호텔

정말 뷰가 멋있는 리조트입니다. 앞과 뒤가 모두 바다이다보니 어느 방을 배정받던 모두 바다뷰를 볼 수 있어요. 그 중에 통영만을 보는 뷰가 더 멋있는 것 같습니다. 밤에는 야경이 죽입니다. 바로 옆에는 통영국제음악당이 있어 각종음악회가 있어 시기만 잘 맞추어가면 음악공연을 볼 수 있을 것 같아요. 거기에 음악카페가 있는데 각종 악기로 장식해 놓고, 통영만을 보는 뷰인데 거기도 멋있습니다. 금호리조트는 호텔이 아니다보니, 매일 방청소는 해 주지 않고, 이틀에 한번씩 청소를 해 준다고 하고 매일 수건을 새것으로 갖다 주더군요. 주변에 먹을만한 식당이 많지는 않지만 가끔 있습니다. 바다를 좋아하고 해양스포츠를 좋아하는 분들은 정말 천국일 것 같습니다. 요트장이 있어 요트여행이 가능하고, 요트도 개인적으로 임대도 가능한 것 같습니다. 단점은 저희가 있을 때가 대학교 개학시즌이라 창원대학교 학생들의 오리엔테이션을 이곳에서 해서 하룻밤 자고 가는데 좀 시끄러웠구요. 물론 그들은 6층미만을 사용하고, 일반고객은 10층이상으로 배정하기에 서로 떼어 놓긴하지만 로비에선 혼잡했고, 밤엔 소음도 아래서 좀 올라왔습니다. 비교적 깨끗하고 주변에 산책코스가 좋고 조용하게 해변을 즐기고 오기는 좋은 곳 같습니다
