"My room did not have any towels or wash cloths. I called down to the desk and requested four of each be sent to the room but only one set was sent. Also, the listing for this hotel stated "breakfast included"; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it was not included but available and it would be a $28 charge per person if I wanted breakfast. I was very disappointed."

"We've been coming to thr Park Inn for years whenever we are in Markham for tournaments. Our stays have always been excellent. I will say, the place is starting to show signs of wear and tear though. Towel racks were falling out of the walls, bed was starting to get lumpy and just generally needs some updating. Still comfortable, cheap, and convenient. But if maintenance is not done more frequently, this will change"

"Spacious room, great to have a kitchen and fridge. Staff are very nice. Escalators were extremely slow and underground parking needs clearer indications. Breakfast is pretty simple. Great place to be if you don't stay too long in your room"
